Keep Britain Biking with Devitt and MCN competition
Terms and Conditions
1. By taking part in the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. To enter the competition participants must enter a favourite UK biking location as an MCN Top Biking Spot on the Bike Intel map on www.keepbritainbiking.com before midnight on 30th July 2010. There is no limit to the number of locations a participant can enter, and if a location has already been marked by another user, subsequent entries will also be entered in the competition.
3. From all the MCN top biking spot entries MCN and Devitt will shortlist the top 10 between 31st July and 8th August 2010. The MCN and Devitt decision on the shortlist is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. From the 9th August to the 10th September 2010 members of www.keepbritainbiking.com will vote for their favourite MCN Top Biking Spot. The winner will be the spot with the most votes at midnight on 10th September 2010. If more than one entry carries equals amounts of votes, Devitt Insurance Services Ltd will nominate the winner. Where multiple entrants have nominated the same spot, the winner will be chosen at random.
5. The prize is a UK Touring Holiday for 2 people to the value of £2500 organised by Extra Mile Bike Tours valid for 12 months from 1st October 2010. The winner will be able to choose an itinerary of his or her choice from the tours offered. Please visit www.extramilebiketours.com for more information. All tours are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable.
6. The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and above, excluding employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group companies and Bauer Media, anyone associated with this promotion and their immediate families.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value.
8. Devitt Insurance Services Ltd reserves the right to feature the names and photographs of the entrants and overall winner in future promotions.
9. Voting is limited to one vote per person. If Devitt Insurance Services Ltd suspects that multiple votes have been cast by one person these will be removed from the overall totals.
10. The winners will be contacted by telephone or email after the 10th September 2010. A new winner will be selected if the winner cannot be contacted after 21 days.
11. The names of winners will be announced on www.keepbritainbiking.com website within 14 day of closing the votes.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
