WELCOME TO THE ALL NEW KEEP BRITAIN BIKING
By Keep Britain Biking • 1st August 2011 • 134 views
Packed full of features to help you enjoy the benefit of a life on two wheels
For the past year Keep Britain Biking has been celebrating Britain’s biking community.
We’ve had a fantastic time sharing the latest biking news and gossip, but it’s been the response from all of you in your blogs and galleries that have made this site such a special place. This is your space and we want to build on that, developing the site to ensure that it continues to be the best place on the web to share your love of bikes, attracts new members and keeps Britain biking.
So we went away and put our heads together, worked out what we thought made the site work so well and what needed changing and this is it – the all new Keep Britain Biking site.
So please, take a look around, check out the exciting new features, watch some video, share your thoughts on the new look, even set up your own personalised biking group for you and your biking mates – drop us a comment on this blog if you’ve got any initial thoughts, we’re looking forward to getting your ideas about what we can try for the future.
We will be delivering the latest news regularly both on this site and on Twitter and Facebook (why not check out our profiles and give us a follow!) and we hope you’ll join in – your all new blog is the perfect place to pass on your thoughts, observations, hints, tips, recommendations, favourite routes, meet-ups… in short anything at all about biking.
The video and gallery section of the site have also been given a whole new look – there’s a wealth of content already there and we’re sure there’ll be lots more to come (if you’ve got any great photos or videos why not upload them? We’d all love to see them).
You’ve all been great and we hope that together we can ensure that Keep Britain Biking continues to be a lively, welcoming community and will continue to grow.
We hope you enjoy exploring!

Great looking new web site! I assume that you have not been able to carry forward any blogs from the previous site! Or passwords / profiles for that matter – I’d to reset mine.

It’s a real shame we weren’t told before hand that all our blogs were going… or a little notice of the change… as an official reporter an email would have been nice at least…

I like the look of the new site, but why the change?? Was it really necessary?

Had to reset my password too and using IE8 having to use compatibility mode if I don’t want to get errors each time I open the site or change pages on it.
Can we go back to the old one that worked please?
