The heart of England, home to Shakespeare, Spaghetti Junction and Cadbury World; there’s a hell of a lot to do in the Midlands. For a great driving route make sure you visit the famous Snake Pass in the Peak District, sure to have you weaving, climbing and descending through the vast scenic countryside. The Midlands is also home to the famous Oulton Park circuit in Cheshire, so we suggest you make sure you head here with your biker mates when they have an event on, its countryside surroundings make the ride there pretty exciting too!

Rideouts & Clubs

You won’t be stuck for biker clubs in the Midlands, there’s plenty to choose from! Why not check out 1066 MCC, they are based in Birmingham and meet every Wednesday evening for their weekly get togethers at The Horse & Jocky Wythall pub and enjoy going for rideouts throughout the summer. Or perhaps you’re further north; in that case AIMCC in Chesterfield is a brilliant club, they meet every Tuesday night at the Arkwright Arms and enjoy going on ride outs and attending various biker events. But don't just take our word for it, check them out along with all the other great clubs in the area!

You’ll discover some great riding routes in the Midlands, this area is home to the famous Cat and Fiddle road which runs from Buxton to Cheshire. This particular route is extremely popular among bikers due to its regular bends and scenic views, so it’s a pretty interesting ride. However, be warned The Cat and Fiddle is known to be one of the most dangerous roads in the UK so ride with care. The Cat and Fiddle isn’t the only route to take in the midlands, there’s many more, make sure you also check out the famous Snake Pass!

Squires Café in North Yorkshire is a fantastic biker café; bikers from various parts of the Midlands and North regularly meet here, and like many of the biker friendly cafés in the area they attend many events ranging from rideouts to autojumbles.
